Chauffeur service & Premium Taxi bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to booking will incurr no charges. If a Tour or All day limi chauffeur service booking is cancelled within 2-24 hours prior to travel, a cancellation charge of 50% of total trip cost will be applied. If a private chauffeur booking is cancelled within the hour of scheduled pick-up time or where a vehicle is on its way, full cancellation charges will apply.
Our premium taxi drivers are scheduled 24 hours in advance and we aim to protect their time and daily earnings.
We understand that plans can change and we will ensure that our team will do their best to accomodate any changes or ammendments to your trip. You will not incurr any charges for changes made 2 hours prior to your trip, however we may not be able to guarantee your requested private chauffeur or specified vehicle. If a Vehicle has been dispatched for pickup, full charges will apply.
Additional KMs
If you require additional stops and kilometers to be travelled that was not included in your booking, additonal charges of $6/KM will be applied.
Our drivers will wait for up to 15 minutes after scheduled time prior to cancelling your booking, standard cancellation policy will apply.
If you have not contacted your private chauffeur driver or responded to their attempt to communicate, your trip will be treated as a no show and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
In exceptional circumstances such as airport delays, if communicated with your designated driver or the customer care team, a rate of $15 for every 15 minutes waited will be charged.
Passengers are responsible for any mess, spills, discharge made to the interior or exterior of the vehicle (such as vomiting, liquid or food spills). A cleaning Fee of $350.00 will apply and full payment is to be paid in full to the private chauffeur driver. In the event that you are charged a cleaning fee for the premium taxi, you will receive an updated receipt for oyur trip. If Physical Damages are made to the vehicle, passenger is responsible to cover all repair and business loss costs.
All standard chauffeur service bookings allow up to 3 passengers max for comfortability in the premium taxi . Please ensure to provide passenger details prior to booking if you exceed our standard number. If you are travelling with children, it is your responsibility to book a baby or booster seat free of cost prior to travell.
Our vehicles vary, therefore if you are travelling with more than 2 suitcases, please specify during your booking to ensure that we have the right vehicle for you.
Our private chauffeur driver holds the right to refuse carriage if the passenger requirements are not declared.
Pets need to be declared i your booking and carried in their travel safe pet carrier. A pet surcharge of 50% of your trip applies and is to be paid directly to the driver.
Our Team is important to us and ensure their safety as much as yours. Any behavior involving discrimination, racism, violence, sexual misconduct, harassment, fraud, deceptive, illegal, or unsafe activity will not be tolerated. In such cases, our private chauffeur drivers hold the right to evict you from the vehicle without refund and future ability to book our chauffeur service. All misconduct will reported to the local authorities.
